Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions which may be helpful with your enquiry.
1/ Screen printing, Embroidery or Heat Transfer Digital Printing?
This depends on the quantities required, the size/colours and complexity of the logo/design. For low volume orders we will more than likely use Heat Transfer Digital Printing, or even embroidery if the required logo/design is of a small size. Embroidery is suitable for most garments and creates a very professional and long lasting impression. For high volume orders Screen Printing is more suited giving a long lasting solid print which is also cost effective for larger quantities. Our experienced team will be more than happy to advise on which method is the most suitable for a specific logo/design.
2/ Are there any set-up/origination charges?
Not for heat transfer digital printing. However, you will need to pay for screens for the screen printing, or a "master" disk for embroidery. The cost of these depends on the number of colours in your print, or number of stitches in your design/logo. These are only one-off charges and will not apply on repeat orders.
3/ Is there a minimum order?
No. We are happy to deal with one off’s, right through to tens of thousands.
4/ How do I send artwork?
Artwork can be sent to us via email or a posted CD, preferably as a vector file, in programmes such as EPS (encapsulated postscript), Adobe Illustrator (AI), or CorelDraw (CDR). Alternatively we can accept Acrobat (Adobe PDF), Word, PowerPoint, or a high jpeg or similar.
If it is not possible to send a electronic file we can also accept a hard copy via post.
5/ Are there any artwork costs?
Basic artwork is free of charge and in most cases there will be no additional cost.
Should artwork need to be prepared our design studio are on hand to cater for each individual customers needs,
offering a very speedy and competitive service. We will advise once artwork is received.
6/ Are all items suitable for printing and embroidery?
Most items are suitable for both printing and embroidery, however this is something we will advise you on when it comes certain types of jackets, bags and caps etc.
7/ Do you supply plain items without printing or embroidery?
Yes, all items can be supplied plain without decoration.
8/ Do the online store prices include VAT?
No, VAT is to be added to the unit cost.
9/ Turn-around time/Delivery?
Dispatch is normally within 7-10 days of placing your order. If you are local to us we will be more than happy to personally deliver your order free of charge. Alternatively we will dispatch your order via our competitive and reliable carrier service. Carriage is charges at cost.
10/ Are your prices flexible?
We are confident that our prices are very competitive. If a customer can supply proof of a cheaper quote we will be happy to match or even improve and that price were possible. |
